Job summary

Qualifications

• Three to five years in a health care setting, preferably in a physician clinic.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification.
• OSHA annual training and compliance familiarization.
• Knowledge of medical office policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Triages calls, schedules urgent/add-on visits, relays test results, and coordinates referrals.
• Greets patients, takes vital signs, updates records, and processes refills within certification scope.
• Assists providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepares and cleans patient areas, sets up equipment, and manages supplies.
