Responsibilities

• Employee Engagement: lead communications and engagement via newsletters and show-day info sheets.
• Employee Care: maintain dedicated spaces to boost morale and share venue information.
• Employee Recognition: run programs to celebrate service wins and organize appreciation events.
• Training & Coaching: lead service-focused training with managers to reinforce standards.
• Fan Experience: design service-recovery and milestone celebration initiatives for fans.
• Reporting & Insights: analyze guest feedback and show data to guide improvements.
• Process Management: help manage budgets and streamline event-day operations.
