Job summary

Capitol Broadcasting Company seeks a Manager, Employee Experience, Total Rewards to lead analytics, strategy, and administration of benefits and employee programs. You will partner with Payroll, Finance, and HRIS to ensure data integrity and financial stewardship while driving measurable business impact.

The role also serves as payroll backup and supports onboarding, employee experience and engagement initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with benefits, total rewards, HR analytics, employee experience or HR operations.
• Strong analytical, financial and problem-solving capability.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, reports or business cases preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive employee data.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple businesses and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics, administration, and continuous improvement of benefits and total rewards programs.
• Analyze benefits utilization, costs, and demographics to guide plan strategy.
• Partner with Payroll & HRIS on eligibility, deductions, interfaces and data integrity.
• Lead open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Develop enterprise employee experience metrics, dashboards, and recurring reporting.
• Coordinate employee events and HR programming with cost and outcomes tracked.
