Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older on the date of applying.
• Must be a sophomore, junior, or senior in undergraduate education majoring in Business Administration or a related major.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications, including Excel and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.
• Friendly, upbeat and able to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Detail oriented with proven organizational skills.
• Comfortable speaking to large groups.
• Safeguard confidential information and avoid conflicts of interest.
• Positive attitude and professional image per company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, motivation, training, supervision, and regular follow up with team members (essential).
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Respond to inquiries regarding events, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling for over 3,500 seasonal team members.
• Counsel team members on attendance and apply disciplinary procedures.
• Assist with coordination of supplemental staffing programs such as volunteers.
• Update timekeeping records for part-time team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
