Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing, hiring and tracking for TRES US Business Unit. Travel up to 50%.
• Follow up with new hires on their employee experience.
• Implement measures to increase morale, motivation and satisfaction, while reducing turnover.
• Coordinate probationary performance evaluations.
• Recruit candidates to direct roles through external recruitment events, interviewing, and selection processes.
• Adhere to Hitachi Energy's safety and integrity values in all actions.
