Job summary

WEOKIE is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist in Oklahoma City, full-time. The role supports Human Resources, Learning and Development, and the overall employee experience through program administration, scheduling, and communications.

Responsibilities include managing learning and recognition systems, onboarding activities, and maintaining accurate records to ensure processes are organized and efficiently executed.

Qualifications

• Experience administering learning management systems and recognition programs.
• Strong recordkeeping, scheduling, and budget-tracking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee events and activities with HR and Learning and Development.
• Administer WEOKIE Store: product coordination, inventory, orders, and distribution.
• Maintain team calendar and department schedules and deadlines.
• Track the Employee Experience budget, expenditures, invoices, and balances.
• Procure and maintain department supplies, materials, items, and resources.
• Provide HR support with recordkeeping and administrative processes.
• Assist with open enrollment and periods of increased activity.
