Job summary

WEOKIE is seeking a Member Relationship Assistant Manager at Memorial in Oklahoma City to oversee the Member Relationship Center operations, drive service delivery, and support membership growth in line with the Credit Union’s strategy.

As a working manager, you will train staff, coach for performance, interact with members, promote online services, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure compliance while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years in retail financial services with supervisory experience.
• Experience coaching and developing staff to create a team environment.
• Ability to learn and use MS Office and core banking systems.
• Valid state driver’s license and bondable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• CCUFC designation or ability to earn within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service delivery strategy for the Member Relationship Center.
• Supervise staff, train/coach, conduct reviews, and promote advancement.
• Engage with members to meet needs and promote online banking.
• Ensure staffing, performance, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Support budgets, reporting, and operating plans for the center.
• Represent WEOKIE at community events and support other centers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and a positive, motivating workplace.
