Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in retail financial services with supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and core processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery strategy for the Member Relationship Center and ensure an extraordinary member experience.
• Supervise and coach Center staff with training, certifications, and development plans.
• Interact with members to educate on services and encourage usage of products.
• Establish expectations, hold staff meetings, and recognize performance.
• Ensure efficient operations, compliance with laws, and proper controls.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and operating plans for the Center.
• Represent the credit union at community events and support other Centers as needed.
• Maintain high service quality and satisfaction with low complaints.
• Manage staffing to meet demand with minimal turnover; ensure trained workforce.
• Complete performance reviews and support coaching and observations.
• Publish schedules within guidelines, manage coverage and cost.
• Prepare and analyze reports to monitor performance and address issues.
• Apply procedures and confidentiality; foster a positive workplace.
