Job summary

Pine Street Inn in Boston is seeking an Employee Engagement Partner to support program and department leaders in ensuring a positive employee experience. This role serves as a conduit between departments and the HR Administration, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams.

The position follows a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule with a hybrid on-site model and travel to programs. The ideal candidate has HR generalist experience and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, superior interpersonal, verbal and written communications.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, coaching/training, and leaves administration.

Responsibilities

• Support agency and department goals with HR colleagues.
• Identify and promote HR process improvements.
• Foster cooperative relationships across PSI programs and departments.
• Model PSI values and maintain policy compliance.
• Manage employee relations and investigations as needed.
• Coordinate performance evaluations and use of Cornerstone on Demand.
