Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to design, coordinate, and continuously improve onboarding across campuses, home office, and support services. This role builds a scalable, high-quality experience that boosts employee readiness, engagement, and retention.

You will oversee orientation delivery, standardize onboarding content, and partner with subject matter experts to keep materials current while tracking effectiveness and driving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of onboarding or program-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding programs across campus, home office, and support services.
• Oversee orientation delivery and ensure consistency across locations.
• Coordinate onboarding communications, materials, and employee experience.
• Own onboarding during the blue badge period and set expectations.
• Develop and maintain standardized onboarding checklists.
• Track onboarding completion, participation, and effectiveness.
• Partner with subject matter experts to update content.
• Train the trainer support for facilitators.
• Identify improvements to strengthen onboarding impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align onboarding with operations.
• Monitor feedback and metrics for continuous improvement.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Onboarding Program Manager leads the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of onboarding across the organization. This role is responsible for creating a consistent, scalable, and high-quality onboarding experience that strengthens employee readiness, engagement, and retention.

• Leads onboarding programs across campus, home office, and support services.
• Oversees orientation delivery and ensure consistency across all locations.
• Coordinates onboarding communications, materials, and employee experience.
• Owns onboarding during the blue badge period, including structure and expectations.
• Develops and maintains standardized job specific onboarding checklists.
• Partners with subject matter experts to review and update onboarding content.
• Tracks onboarding completion, participation, and overall effectiveness.
• Manages onboarding content updates, compliance packets, and documentation.
• Leads training and support for facilitators through train the trainer efforts.
• Identifies and implements improvements to strengthen onboarding consistency and impact.
• Partners with cross functional teams to align onboarding with operational needs.
• Monitors onboarding feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assinged

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree
• 3-5 years of experience
