Job summary

Alumni Ventures seeks a thoughtful People Experience Manager to enhance employee programs and experiences as the company grows. You will own onboarding, lifecycle programs, and manager coaching, partnering with the CPO and Talent Development to implement scalable initiatives across the US and internationally.

You’ll lead engagement efforts, listen to staff feedback, and use data to drive improvements, all while upholding an in-office culture at AV’s Boston hub.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Employee Experience or related People roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing and building People programs and employee experiences.
• Strong judgment, empathy, and discretion in sensitive situations.
• Experience coaching managers and handling lifecycle processes across countries.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve onboarding and offboarding experiences for US and international employees.
• Lead employee listening, surveys, and translate feedback into actions.
• Partner with the CPO to design, launch, and optimize programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to drive manager development and growth.
• Serve as a trusted resource for managers and employees on People matters.
• Identify friction in processes and drive scalable, data-informed improvements.
