Job summary

Scintilla is seeking an HR Generalist to support core employee experience processes across the organization. This role ensures compliant HR operations, employee support, onboarding/offboarding, benefits coordination, and HRIS ownership, working closely with the EE Director, EE Business Partner, and Office Manager.

You will handle employee inquiries, maintain records, assist with open enrollment, and support recruiting and employee relations, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, guiding on HR policies and processes.
• Support resolution of employee concerns and ensure responsive experience across the organization.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage data within HR systems; support HRIS updates and reporting.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding coordination and ensure policy compliance.
• Support benefits administration, enrollments, changes, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Assist with employee relations, including documentation and terminations; support managers on relations issues.
• Help with recruiting efforts including scheduling interviews and candidate communication; participate in career fairs.
• Assist with employee surveys, engagement initiatives, data collection, and process improvements.
