California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) is launching an Employee Engagement and Retention Program. As an Analyst III, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects, uncover workforce trends, designing actionable solutions, and turning data into strategies that empower employees across the state.

Reporting to the Supervisor I in HR, you will oversee research activities, reviews, and project management for the statewide implementation of the employee experience and engagement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead research activities and reviews for statewide employee engagement initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert and program advisor on the employee experience efforts.
• Manage projects and coordinate with institutions across California.
