Job summary

California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) seeks an Analyst III to lead the statewide employee engagement and retention initiatives. You will drive complex projects, analyze workforce trends, and design actionable solutions that improve the employee experience across the state.

Under the supervision of the Retention Solutions unit, you will serve as a subject-matter expert, manage research and program activities, and travel to institutions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Design actionable solutions from data to inform engagement strategies.
• Serve as SME and policy advisor for retention initiatives.
• Travel to institutions and CCHCS locations as needed.

Responsibilities
