Job summary

GT’s Living Foods is seeking an Employee Experience Representative to shape the culture and employee engagement. You will partner with HR L&D to design campaigns, programs, onboarding and communications that strengthen belonging and alignment with our values.

The ideal candidate brings strong writing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a passion for creating exceptional employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Communications, Business Admin, Psychology, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Employee Experience, Employee Engagement, Internal Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Excel, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR L&D Manager to develop and execute strategic talent development initiatives aligned with goals and culture priorities.
• Support end-to-end execution: planning, communications, timelines, stakeholder coordination, in-training activities, and post-training evaluation.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and compliance-based education.
• Write and distribute employee-facing communications across channels ( newsletters, announcements, campaign materials, leadership messages ).
• Coordinate onboarding, service milestones, employee recognition, town halls, and culture-building experiences.
