Job summary

Milhaus SRG is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to drive engaging, inclusive programs across the organization. You will partner with the Sr.

Director of Employee Experience to coordinate onboarding, recognition, wellness, and events at corporate offices and properties. This role requires 2–4 years in employee experience or related fields, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication, ability to travel up to 15%, and comfort coordinating multiple events with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, communications, business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in employee experience, HR, events or internal communications.
• Experience planning corporate events or employee engagement initiatives preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Plan and execute monthly employee engagement activities.
• Support company celebrations and outings.
• Assist with employee recognition programs.
• Collaborate with Communications on employee communications.
