Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Experience designing programs with measurable outcomes and KPIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee experience initiatives aligning with REFD priorities.
• Plan and run engagement events, recognition programs, and workforce connections.
• Measure engagement outcomes using surveys, focus groups, and pulse checks.
• Collaborate with leaders to address engagement needs and drive culture.
• Deliver training and onboarding programs to strengthen belonging.
• Manage budget for engagement initiatives and report results.
