Lambda Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a versatile content professional to own employee-facing information. You will write, edit, audit, and organize guides, FAQs, and policies, ensuring consistency and ease of use across our intranet and external docs.

This hybrid role blends writing with program coordination: track usage, measure impact, and coordinate with HR and Talent to keep content accurate and delightful. If you enjoy turning chaos into clarity, this is your gig.

*Note: This position requires presence in our San Francisco/San Jose/Bellevue office location 4 days per week; Lambda's designated work from home day is currently Tuesday.

We've built a lot of great resources for employees: onboarding guides, benefits pages, manager how-tos, and hiring FAQs. But we move faster than we document and maintain. We're growing quickly. Things get out of date, hard to find, or inconsistent in tone. We need someone to own that problem end to end and make sure every piece of employee-facing content is accurate, easy to find, and sounds like it came from the same team.

This isn't a pure technical writing role, and it isn't a traditional program management role either. It's both. You'll write, design, and edit, but you'll also audit, organize, and measure. If you like bringing order to scattered information and quietly making everyone's job a little easier (maybe even delightful), this is your gig.

What You'll Do

Salary Range Information
