Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a versatile writer/organizer to own employee-facing content. You will audit pages, write onboarding guides, and shape tone and formats across resources. This role blends writing, editing, and program coordination to bring order to scattered information.

You’ll collaborate with HR and Talent to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and a delightful employee experience. Hybrid, with presence in SF/San Jose, and Bellevue offices, 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in writing, content, or program coordination.
• Strong, clear, creative writing and editing skills.
• Comfort building style guides and content standards.
• A sharp eye for content that’s outdated or hard to find.
• Comfort tracking metrics like page views, clicks, comments, reactions.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee-facing pages, websites, FAQs, guides, and policies.
• Write and edit onboarding guides, templates, FAQs, and how-tos.
• Set consistent tone, voice, and format across content.
• Organize content so employees can find answers.
• Fix pages and processes when something isn't working.
• Track usage and feedback to see what’s working and what isn’t.
• Coordinate with HR, Talent, on shared content.
