Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in New Orleans is seeking a Team Member Experience, Communications & Community Relations Partner to drive internal communications, engagement, and community outreach. You will collaborate with leadership, HR, and departments to enhance employee satisfaction and brand presence.

The role focuses on creating engaging programs, coordinating events, and building strong community partnerships while aligning with corporate initiatives and goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, and community relations preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools.
• Ability to build relationships across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own internal communications and employee engagement initiatives to support property goals.
• Develop and manage the Engagement and Communications Calendar.
• Design and coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
• Plan and execute on-site employee events with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and distribute timely internal messages across the property.
• Monitor communication channels and respond to employee inquiries.
• Partner with leadership to plan engagement activities and surveys.
• Develop community relations plans aligned with property objectives.
• Build relationships with community organizations and stakeholders.
• Coordinate volunteer opportunities and track participation.
• Represent Caesars New Orleans at community events and boards.
• Collaborate with Marketing to highlight community contributions.
• Manage multi-project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
