Fireworks AI in San Mateo, California, is seeking an Employee Experience Partner to craft moments that define our culture. You will own recognition, employee swag, and employee-facing events, shaping a global employee experience as teams span multiple locations.

You’ll work with People Operations, workplace teams, and leaders to create wow moments, plan end-to-end programs, and ensure remote and international colleagues feel connected and valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee experience, culture, events, or people programs.
• Proven ability to translate culture and values into tangible experiences.
• Strong execution and end-to-end project management.
• Creative ideas for swag and gifting, with vendor management.
• Experience with recognition or HR platforms and program iteration.

Responsibilities

• Run the recognition program and iterate for better impact.
• Own employee swag including kits, recruiting swag, awards, and gifts; manage vendors.
• Plan and deliver employee events locally and company-wide, engaging remote and global staff.
• Build tools to help leaders run great team-building events.
