Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS data integrity and updates (start dates, titles, reporting lines).
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires (I-9, IT provisioning, workspace).
• Manage contractor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
