Fireworks AI is seeking an Employee Experience Partner to shape moments that define our culture across global locations. You’ll own recognition, swag, and employee-facing events, partnering with People Operations and workplace teams to craft memorable experiences that reflect our culture.

You’ll develop ideas, plan and source them, and drive end-to-end execution with vendors while engaging remote and international colleagues to stay connected and aligned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in employee experience, culture, events, or people programs.

Responsibilities

• Run the recognition program and iterate on it with vendors and managers.
• Own employee swag including kits and gifts, manage sourcing and vendors.
• Plan and run employee events of all sizes, including company-wide and remote events.
• Build tools for leaders to host great team events for their teams.
