Jobtailor in Chicago is seeking an experienced HR Partner to collaborate with managers on organizational design, performance management, compensation, and talent initiatives.

You will own the end-to-end employee experience, drive engagement, analyze attrition, and guide career development. The role requires strong communication, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence across levels while advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR across disciplines including employee relations and compensation.
• Strong communication, data interpretation, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS and global teams desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers on organizational structures, performance management, compensation and talent matters.
• Own the employee experience from hire to retire, including development, promotions and engagement.
• Resolve employee relations issues and advise on career goals.
• Empower managers and advise on HR issues and escalations.
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee HR program delivery.
• Partner with Global Talent Partner Lead and other HR teams.
