Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist in Cartersville, GA to develop and execute our internal communications strategy aimed at attracting and retaining employees. You will plan targeted programs to foster engagement and promote a cohesive, informed workplace culture.

You will track feedback and metrics to evaluate programs and propose improvements, support executive communications, and organize branding initiatives that align with our values and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent Korean and English written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote the brand and culture to attract and retain talent.
• Develop employer branding materials and internal messaging across platforms.
• Coordinate with leadership to inform employees and prepare communications materials.
• Organize internal branding events and campaigns.
• Draft and deliver content for newsletters, intranet, email, and events.
