Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks an Internal Communications Specialist to develop and execute internal communications strategies aimed at attracting and retaining employees. You will plan targeted programs to foster engagement and promote a cohesive workplace culture across Korean expatriate and local teams.

You’ll support senior leadership with communications plans, craft messaging for newsletters and intranet, and organize branding events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Knowledge of both Korean and American work environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fluent in both Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Promote Qcell’s brand and culture to attract and retain talent.
• Develop employer branding materials across multiple platforms.
• Execute communications strategies to improve engagement and collaboration.
• Support senior leadership with internal messaging and materials.
• Organize branding events while respecting cultural sensitivities.
• Draft and deliver content for newsletters, intranet, and events.
• Develop training programs reinforcing Qcell’s internal brand.
• Define KPIs to measure engagement campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for campaigns and events.
• Monitor feedback and optimize internal channels for improvement.
