Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent in both Korean and English, with strong cross-cultural communication experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's brand and culture to attract and retain employees across platforms.
• Develop employer branding materials and internal messages that reflect company objectives.
• Execute communications strategies to boost engagement and collaboration across diverse teams.
• Support senior leadership with written communications and leadership messaging.
• Organize branding events and initiatives to reinforce mission and values, respecting cultural sensitivities.
• Draft, edit, and distribute content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and events.
