Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS seeks an Internal Communications Specialist in Cartersville, GA to develop and execute our internal communications strategy and foster a cohesive workplace culture. You will plan targeted programs to attract and retain employees, while tracking feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement of communications campaigns.

You will support the C-suite with leadership communications and organize employer branding events across multiple platforms, balancing cultural sensitivities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or related field with experience in employee engagement programs.
• Knowledge of both Korean and American work environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Fluent in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Promote and brand the company culture to attract and retain employees.
• Develop employer branding materials and internal messages across platforms.
• Execute communications programs to enhance engagement and collaboration.
• Support leadership with written materials for internal communications.
• Organize internal branding events and ensure cultural sensitivity.
• Draft and deliver content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and meetings.
• Coordinate campaigns and track KPIs to improve engagement.
• Manage relations with stakeholders and vendors for campaigns.
• Monitor feedback and optimize communications strategies.
