Hermès US invites undergraduate students to join Generation H for a five‑month internship based in New York City. This in‑person program offers mentorship, guest speakers, and a capstone project to develop professional skills alongside your academic schedule.

You will support employee engagement within Human Resources/Talent Development, helping with internal announcements, intranet content, events, and recognition programs while learning from seasoned mentors and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an Associate's or a Bachelor's degree in your junior or senior year (must be enrolled in classes for the duration of the internship)
• Interested in a career in human resources, internal communications, or special events
• Teachable and an all-round team player
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Technologically competent and proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Aufgaben

• Support the employee engagement function which includes internal communication, employee events, recognition and more within Human Resources/Talent Development department
• Write internal announcements and narrative editorials for the intranet site and digital signage system
• Assist with maintenance of local intranet site/app and content publishing
• Support planning and execution of internal employee events including invitations, catering, decor, setup and breakdown
• Assist with management and execution of internal recognition programs including annual and anniversary programs
