Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing an associate's or bachelor's degree.
• Enthusiastic about a career in human resources, internal communications, or events.
• Value diverse perspectives and actively seek to empower them.
• Creative with strong written communication skills.
• Teachable and a collaborative team player.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Publish internal announcements and narratives for the intranet and digital signage.
• Maintain and publish content on the local intranet site and collaborate with department publishers.
• Assist with planning and executing internal employee events and invitations.
• Support internal recognition programs including anniversaries and digital boards.
