Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen seeks an Employee Dining Room Attendant to ensure a welcoming and efficient dining experience for internal guests. You will help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked ED R environment, supporting the EDR Chef and kitchen team.

Role requires strong English communication, guest-facing experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Seasonal full-time position with benefits and a ski-friendly workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year of food preparation experience preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain salad bars and hot-holding stations.
• Prep, stock, and replenish salad bar items and dry goods.
• Transport prepared food from kitchen to service areas.
• Stock, clean, and organize plates, utensils, glassware, and service wares.
• Clean and sanitize coffee and beverage machines; refilling where needed.
• Ensure proper labeling and dating of all items; note allergies.
• Assist EDR Chef and cooks with prep tasks as needed.
• Report malfunctioning equipment to the EDR Chef.
