Job summary

The Little Nell in Aspen is seeking a Food Runner to deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests promptly, while maintaining a polished, professional service.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work quickly in a ski-in/ski-out luxury setting; prior restaurant experience is preferred. This seasonal full-time position offers benefits and shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year experience working in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guests.
• Ensure orders are complete and properly presented before delivery.
• Assist servers with refills, condiments, and guest requests.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of runner station and dining areas.
• Assist with clearing dishes and resetting tables during and after meals.
• Ensure food is delivered at the correct temperature and in a timely manner.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures while handling food and beverages.
• Support restaurant staff with stock replenishment or prep assistance.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
