Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Employee Communications Representative to inform and inspire employees and drive business priorities. You will craft content across articles, videos, and interviews, delivering messages that reflect our brand and culture.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, develop leadership talking points, and ensure consistency with strategic vision. Hybrid onsite role with some telework, reporting to the Employee Communications manager in Falls Church, VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a communications-related field.
• Experience in employee or executive communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong judgement and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Inform and inspire employees and drive business priorities across the enterprise.
• Develop, implement and measure employee, executive, culture and change communications plans and tactics.
• Be a storyteller: create a wide range of content about our people, technologies and business capabilities.
• Write, edit, distribute and measure announcements, news items, digital content, articles and videos.
• Partner with business teams to align on messaging and provide communications counsel.
• Develop and measure leaders' announcements, talking points, speeches and video scripts.
• Support maintenance of internal websites and digital signage monitors.
• Assist event content and logistics, webinars and town halls.
• Support social media campaigns to promote strategic priorities.
