Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Senior Principal Communications Representative in Linthicum, MD. This on-site role reports to the Employee Communications Manager in Mission Systems and focuses on strategic employee communications, executive storytelling, and multichannel content development.

You’ll craft talking points, speeches, and communications plans, partnering with leaders to align with business priorities, measure impact, and continuously improve practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years in communications or 6 years with Master’s degree.
• Experience in employee, executive and broader communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Inform and inspire employees to support business priorities within Mission Systems.
• Advise leaders by developing, implementing and measuring comms plans.
• Write talking points, speeches, and executive summaries for senior leaders.
• Create diverse content to engage internal audiences and tell stories.
• Amplify stories across channels to drive impact for internal/external audiences.
• Collect data and adjust approaches to improve results of communications.
• Coordinate executive events, including virtual and in-person webcasts and site visits.
