Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree with relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned stakeholders to understand business objectives, initiatives, and communication needs.
• Develop and execute communication plans for organizational initiatives, programs, and projects, including messaging, channel selection, timing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support leaders in effectively communicating priorities, initiatives, and organizational updates.
• Translate complex information into clear, audience-focused communications that support employee awareness, understanding, and engagement.
• Develop and manage content for internal communication channels and platforms, ensuring communications are accurate, engaging, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to effectively manage communication timelines, deliverables, channels, and content calendars.
• Measure impact of communication activities and provide regular reporting.
• Support employee engagement and communication efforts for assigned business functions.
