Marsh McLennan Agency seeks an Employee Health & Benefits Benefits Specialist (e-sMMArt) to administer comprehensive benefits programs and support employees. Responsibilities include enrollment, regulatory compliance, and vendor collaboration in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Applicants must be within driving distance to any MMA Southeast office and commit to a three-day on-site schedule. A Bachelor's degree and benefits knowledge are required, with licensing within 90 days a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support employees.
• Must obtain Life and Health Insurance license within first 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, retirement and ancillary benefits.
• Serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries and enrollments.
• Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and ongoing education.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA and other regulations.
• Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors and assist in contract renewal processes.
• Develop and distribute benefits communications and organize benefits fairs.
