Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and closing new opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, and presentation skills.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and insurance agency systems.
• Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability benefits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new benefits opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline.
• Maintain records in HubSpot and manage opportunities.
• Deliver employee benefits and workforce solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and cross-sell solutions.
• Serve as trusted advisor coordinating internal resources.
