Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance License required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee benefits sales.
• Proficient in developing new business and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow a profitable employee benefits book.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients through proactive management.
• Deliver sales presentations to prospective and existing clients.
• Assist marketing of employee benefits accounts.
• Review proposals before presenting to clients.
