Qualifications

• A BS degree in Human Resources or Business is preferred.
• Prior HR experience is preferred
• Capability of maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Strong SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/R3 and reporting applications.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Patience and pleasant interaction with others; service oriented.
• Strong networking skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Use in-depth HR knowledge to assist HR Managers and line supervision in applying policies and programs.
• Gather, consolidate, and draft information for internal/external correspondence and reports with precision.
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to the HR Manager.
• Serve on project teams, lead meetings, and represent HR on cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate HR transactions related to personnel moves and changes in compensation, hires, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and other HR Centers of Excellence.
• Draft personnel announcements and coordinate communication plans.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics for supported organizations.
• Serve as a focal point for HR-related questions from employees and managers.
• Audit and manage HR-related electronic files for support organizations.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
• Serve as a backup for other HR Specialists.
