Responsibilities include policy interpretation, data analysis, HR transactions, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits. A BS in HR or Business and 3–5 years of HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Human Resources or Business required or preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and communication skills required.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Managers and supervision with policy interpretation and applications.
• Prepare information for internal/external correspondence, presentations, and reports.
• Perform data analysis and provide recommendations to HR Manager.
• Lead or contribute to HR projects and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate HR transactions including hires, terminations, and compensation changes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits and other HR teams.
• Draft personnel announcements and coordinate communications plans.
• Maintain HR metrics for supported organizations.
• Answer HR-related questions from employees and managers.
• Audit and manage HR-related electronic files and meetings.
