Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Alternately, HS diploma with 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience with ATS/SAP is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support for the Global Talent Acquisition organization.
• Coordinate and execute HR processes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting effective collaboration and communication.
• Handle confidential and personal information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
• Facilitate recruiting processes, including scheduling interviews, site visits, and related activities.
• Organize, coordinate and attend recruiting events, such as company presentations, career fairs, interviews, and receptions.
• Utilize various systems to execute talent-related functions effectively, leveraging technology to streamline processes.
• Accurately enter requisitions and track candidates throughout the pre‑hiring process.
• Anticipate questions and provide information and documents related to talent acquisition and HR processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of employment policies, practices, and procedures to address inquiries.
