Responsibilities

• Interpret benefits policies and administer plans; respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators.
• Audit data accuracy for new hire and benefit changes.
• Assist with annual open enrollment activities.
• Maintain HR tracking systems and databases.
• Advise on employee relations and labor contracts.
