• Candidates require a strong background in complex issues of executive compensation, retirement plans, and health and welfare plans, along with skills and knowledge related to various aspects of compliance with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and experience providing advice for M&A transactions.


• The position requires in-office presence three days per week.
