Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate in Washington, DC for the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the Tax practice. The role requires 2–6 years of law firm experience focusing on executive compensation, retirement and health/welfare plans, and ERISA.

You will advise on complex employee benefits issues, assist clients with M&A transactions, and handle writing and analysis while managing active matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Two to six years of law firm experience in employee benefits or tax.

Responsibilities

• Advise on executive compensation and retirement or welfare plans.
• Ensure ERISA compliance.
• Provide guidance on M&A transactions.
