The Client Manager will support the Client Executive and Managing Principal by proactively managing each client across all lines of coverage for, in most cases, large group employers (500+). Must have experience implementing, servicing and managing self-funded medical plans. This role partners with carriers, internal departments, and clients to ensure a seamless experience while helping clients navigate benefits administration, compliance, enrollment, billing, and employee benefits programs.
Exempt: The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000. This range represents the employer's good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data. This role may also be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
