Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Candidates should have a minimum of four years of knowledge of/experience with employee benefits law and ERISA, including qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits and/or mergers and acquisitions/downsizing.
• Ideal candidates will have prior employee benefits experience and exhibit the highest level of legal and practical problem-solving skills, strong oral presentation, and client relations acumen.
• Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills especially distilling complex matters into easy to understand, actionable advice, and substantial research experience
