Qualifications
- Minimum four years of knowledge of/experience with employee benefits law and ERISA, including qualified retirement plans, executive compensation, health & welfare plans, fringe benefits and/or mergers and acquisitions/downsizing.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of employee benefits law and ERISA including retirement plans, executive compensation, health and welfare plans, fringe benefits and/or mergers and acquisitions/downsizing.
- Ideal candidates will have prior employee benefits experience and exhibit strong legal and practical problem-solving skills, excellent oral presentation and client relations acumen.
- Possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills, especially distilling complex matters into actionable advice and substantial research experience.
