Job summary

North Risk Partners is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support small business benefits accounts and assist the producing risk advisor. The role, under the account management team, focuses on servicing client needs, renewals, and carrier coordination.

The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, process service requests promptly, and collaborate with Risk Advisors to design insurance solutions. A willingness to pursue professional designations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the employee benefits insurance space
• Ability to obtain and maintain an insurance license
• Excellent customer service track record
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service and timely responses.
• Collaborate with Risk Advisors to determine and meet client goals.
• Assist with plan and carrier changes, renewals, proposals, and billing inquiries.
• Support the account management team to implement insurance solutions for new groups.
• Enter activity and information into agency management systems per policy.
• Promote value-added services and participate in training meetings.
• Pursue professional designations and maintain industry knowledge
