beni.fit is a benefits consulting collective rethinking employee benefits to align with culture and purpose. We’re seeking a confident Employee Benefits Account Manager who will be the go-to for day-to-day service and strategy support, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll collaborate with our Client Executive Team to support high-level client relationships, prepare deliverables, onboard new clients, and present benefits education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in employee benefits or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong technical skills with MS Office and HR systems.
• Detail-oriented with a client-service mindset.
• Collaborative team player willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client needs for employee benefits and wellbeing programs.
• Own and manage lifecycle for a defined group of clients.
• Onboard new clients.
• Answer employee questions with clarity and speed.
• Coordinate renewals and open enrollment with follow-through.
• Maintain compliance documents and deadlines.
• Prepare client collateral and present during education sessions.
• Utilize our Agency Management System to keep workflows moving.
• Stay engaged in the benefits industry.
