Job summary

The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers, LLC is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. You will work with the Account Executive to deliver comprehensive employee benefits programs to large clients and ensure an excellent client experience.

As part of a people-first culture, you will cultivate carrier relationships, ensure ERISA compliance, maintain detailed records, and support continued education and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of group employee benefits brokerage experience.
• Active resident Accident Life & Health license required.
• Deep understanding of ERISA and related compliance regulations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Professionalism and business acumen in all communications.
• Experience with MS Office and data management software; benefits administration software desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide service support to assigned clients with the Account Executive.
• Cultivate strong relationships by understanding client needs and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive and Producers to complete benefit tasks.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ensure ERISA compliance responsibilities are met timely and accurately.
• Maintain records using internal systems and shared file systems.
• Create employee benefit guides, presentations, and client-facing documents.
• Learn and maintain benefit administration platforms as needed.
